I was born in Memphis Tennessee and raised in Rochester New York ,I am  the oldest of four sibling. I have been married for ten years and enjoying spending time with my husband and three children. After obtaining my degree in Business Management at Empire State College, Rochester, New York in 2009. I took on the mind set of an entrepreneur and obtain my Certification as a Personal Trainer for over five years. I enjoy helping people achieve their personal goals.
